101 means “mm/dd/yyyy” format
108 will return just the time “hh:mm:ss”
SELECT CONVERT(DATETIME, FLOOR(CONVERT(FLOAT, DOB))) from emp
SELECT CONVERT(DATETIME, FLOOR(CONVERT(FLOAT, DOB))) from emp
where CONVERT(DATETIME, FLOOR(CONVERT(FLOAT, DOB)))>'10-25-2010'
